Cal González Júnior is the founder and CEO of Ô Amazon Air Water. A graduate in communication and marketing with a specialization in social technology, he created the "Reação Natural" project in 1999, dedicated to socio-environmental awareness. Additionally, he is an honorary member of the Pan-American Academy of Letters and IBRACI – the Brazilian Institute of International Cultures.
With a vision focused on the "conscious development" of the Amazon, Cal believes in the synergy between social responsibility and profitability. In 2010, he founded A2BR – Águas do Ar do Brasil, developing Ô Amazon Air Water, a unique water extracted from the flying rivers of the Amazon region. This exclusive water is sold in the global luxury market, known as "Finewaters," and currently ranks as the seventh most valuable water in the world.
The Ô Amazon group is expanding its operations to include a Natural Resort and the GAUA division, which produces pure water to combat global scarcity. Cal aims to balance his mission with business, believing in the transformative impact of present action to shape a better future for all.

His diverse experience, which includes a significant tenure as a Sales Executive at Vivo, as well as roles in the financial, real estate, and photovoltaic energy sectors, has equipped him with complementary skills in sales, leadership, and strategic management. This varied career path has not only prepared Caio for success in the competitive luxury market but has also demonstrated his ability to uphold high standards of excellence, lead, and innovate across different industries, with a strong commitment to professional growth, adaptability, excellence, and sustainability.

With over 30 years of experience, he has worked and led the creative teams of the most important communication networks in Brazil and abroad. Among them are: BBH, Saatchi & Saatchi, FCB Brazil, FCB Dubai, and Leo Burnett Dubai. Among his more than 380 awards, the highlights include:
9 Cannes Lions; 23 Clio Awards (the Oscar of American advertising); 27 New York Festival Medals; 20 FIAP Awards; he was the first Brazilian to win the Yellow Pencil at the British D&AD (the most respected award in British advertising); the only Brazilian with 2 UN Advertising Awards (sustainability); he won the Luxury Advertising Awards in Monaco 5 times and the Luxury Advertising Award in Marbella 21 times.
